Shipping

We aim to get any order packaged and in the post office within a day or two of your order.

We offer two shipping options: 

Standard- which takes around 2 business days from the date of shipping. 

Express- which takes around 1 business day from the date of shipping

Collections

We currently have an agreement with the amazing Gwyndaf at his travel agency shop in Felinheli for collections made on our website. You can select the pick up option on our website when you are checking out the order.

All you need to do is provide Gwyndaf with your order name for collection. 

The shop is open 10:30-17:00 Tuesday - Friday and 10:30- 15:00 on Saturday, however, we recommend checking their social media for any last minute changes.

Christmas Returns

Our Christmas Extended Returns are now live!

All purchases made between 22 November - 10 December qualify for our extended return window. This means you have until 11 January to return any eligible items — giving you plenty of time over the festive season.

Shop with confidence knowing your Christmas gifts are covered.

Returns

At Pen Wiwar we like to make sure you are 100% happy with our products. If there is anything we can do to help, we'll make sure to do our best.

If you wish to return your garment for an exchange for a different size please get in touch via our "Contact us" page or message us on our social media pages. 

There is no rush to get your products back to us if you aren't 100% satisfied, that is why we have chosen a 30 day returns policy. There's just a few little things that you need to make sure before you return to us:

The garment must be in it's original condition; no stains or marks, unworn and with the swing tags still attached.

When returning please leave a note with what you wish to exchange for and with your original order reference order number.

Please note- as we are a new small business just starting out on our venture our stock is limited, therefore, we may not be able to offer an exchange for a different size if we don't have the other desired size available.
